Our efforts align with the National Mental Health Program Initiative, which aims to improve mental health services and increase awareness across the country. By focusing on college students, we are addressing a critical age group that is often vulnerable to mental health issues but may not have the resources or knowledge to seek help.
Supporting the National Mental Health Program Initiative
Establish peer support groups where students can share their experiences and offer each other support. These groups will be facilitated by trained moderators to ensure a safe and constructive environment.
Conduct regular workshops and seminars on various mental health topics. These sessions will be led by experts in the field and will cover a wide range of issues, from stress management and anxiety to depression and self-care.
